1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the website located at flowconnecthub.click and your participation in educational workshops, laboratory clinics, and technical consultations provided by Flow Connect Hub Pty Ltd ("Flow Connect Hub", "we", "us", or "our"), an Australian proprietary company operating at 14 Willow Street, Dawson VIC 3858.

By accessing this website, submitting an enrollment inquiry, or attending our physical facility, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our related policies.

2. Nature of Educational Services

Flow Connect Hub delivers technical instruction, hardware repair methodology, airflow design principles, and electrical safety education. All content, workshops, and reference manuals are provided solely for educational, technical, and engineering purposes.

We do not provide financial advice, investment management, cryptocurrency asset sales, custody services, or guaranteed economic returns. Any calculations regarding power consumption, tariff modeling, or hash board output are illustrative engineering exercises based on physical hardware parameters.

3. Workshop Enrollment and Safety Compliance

Participation in our Dawson laboratory sessions involves physical contact with 240V AC electrical power distribution units, heated semiconductor heatsinks, soldering irons, and precision diagnostic tools. Attendees agree to adhere strictly to all instructor safety directions and site protocols:

• Enclosed safety footwear must be worn at all times in the workshop area.
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) provided by Flow Connect Hub must be utilized during soldering, ultrasonic cleaning, and live load testing.
• Flow Connect Hub reserves the right to immediately dismiss any attendee engaging in unsafe conduct without refund.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All educational materials, teardown schematics, 180-page reference manuals, circuit diagrams, course presentations, and website text are the exclusive intellectual property of Flow Connect Hub Pty Ltd. Enrolled attendees receive a non-transferable, personal license to use printed course materials for their own educational and operational purposes. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution is prohibited.

5. Payment Terms and Reservations

Workshop seat reservations require payment of a deposit as specified in our pricing schedule. Full payment is due prior to the start of the scheduled session. Pricing is quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010), Flow Connect Hub Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the application or misapplication of techniques taught during workshops. Attendees are solely responsible for ensuring that their own home, workshop, or farm installations comply with local council regulations and are signed off by a licensed electrician where required by law.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
